JavaVino is a full-service, locally-owned restaurant known for amazing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch offerings. With an early closure of 3:00pm on Saturdays and Sunday, we’re able to offer our space for private events of different shapes and sizes with at least 4 weeks notice. We’re the ideal spot for groups of 30 to 150 guests, celebrating in any and all fashions:

Ordering from our regular catering menu below is always the easiest and most consistent option for all parties involved. However, with at least 4 weeks notice (even more notice preferred!), we’re happy to offer customizable menus to suit your needs. If you’re looking to cater by design or you have a specific cuisine in mind, our team will be in contact with you to discuss exact details, pricing, and quantities necessary for this accommodation. We do ask that tape is not used on our walls to prevent peeling paint, and that pathways to bathrooms, entryways, and service counters remain accessible (no large decorations or items blocking entry points).
Deposits, Payments, and More
Looking to secure your date? Before you do, check out these requirements for After Hours Catering at JavaVino:
- $700 deposit due at time of booking; deposit applied to final payment
- $700 per hour minimum spend; includes catered food and onsite beverage purchases; difference added to final payment if minimum hourly spend is not met
- 4 hour minimum rental time; availability starting at 4:00pm; set up time not included in minimum rental time
- 20% auto-gratuity added to all in-house events; auto-gratuity not included in minimum spend; additional gratuity optional
- Tax added to final payment; not included in minimum spend
- Deposit is refunded if cancelling more than 4 weeks prior to event
- Deposit is not refunded if cancelling less than 4 weeks prior to event
Got Dessert?
If you are bringing your dessert, it must be from a commercial bakery or grocery store. Homemade food items are not allowed on-premise. Because we offer desserts and pastries on our menu, our carry-in dessert fee is $2 / person, capped at $100.

We require at least 4 weeks advance notice to ensure time for ordering and scheduling. For customized menus (catering by design), we would appreciate and extra 1-2 weeks notice so we can craft your envisioned menu perfectly. Securing your date ensures that no other events will be held on the same day.
